Seawall Construction & Repair
How long do seawall projects take?
Most seawall projects take 4–8 weeks from start to finish, depending on project size, permitting requirements, and weather conditions.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. We handle all necessary permits, including city/county and environmental permits, plus inspections.
What's the difference between repair and replacement?
Repair fixes specific damage while preserving the existing structure. Replacement removes the old seawall and installs a new system, needed when damage is too widespread to repair.
What materials do you use?
Reinforced concrete, vinyl sheet piling, and corrosion-resistant hardware, matched to your site's soil and tidal conditions.
Docks & Piers
What dock types do you build?
Fixed docks, floating docks, and hybrid systems, based on your site conditions and how you use the water.
Can you add electrical, lighting, or water lines?
Yes. Electrical outlets, lighting, water lines, and fish cleaning stations, installed with licensed electricians.
How often should a dock be maintained?
We recommend an annual maintenance program to catch small issues before they become costly repairs.
Boat Lifts
How is lift size determined?
Sizing depends on your boat's weight, length, and beam width. We provide a recommendation during your evaluation.
How long does installation take?
Most boat lift installations take 1–3 days depending on complexity.
Do you service lifts you didn't install?
