Boat Lifts
Sized right, installed in days, not weeks.
Elevator, 4-post, PWC, and custom heavy-duty lifts — sized to your boat's weight, length, and beam, and installed across Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and Bradenton by the same crew that builds your dock or seawall.

Getting Sizing Right
Why an undersized lift is worse than no lift.
Weight capacity buffer
A lift sized to your boat's exact dry weight leaves no margin for fuel, gear, and water absorption over time. We size with a real capacity buffer, not the bare minimum.
Beam width & piling spacing
Piling spacing has to clear your boat's actual beam with room to maneuver in and out, not just match the lift model's spec sheet.
Water depth at your dock
Elevator lifts need less water depth to operate than some 4-post configurations — a real factor in shallower canals around Pinellas and Pasco County.
Permitting
Boat lifts typically require their own permit alongside dock permitting — we include it in the same process so it's not a separate headache.
